  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and chili flakes (if using). Mix well.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and toss them into the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked chicken and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
