Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (9 buns) pretzel Hawaiian sliders
  • 9 oz deli ham (sliced)
  • 4 large slices marble jack or cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9 pan with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Slice the pretzel rolls in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in the lined pan.
  3. Layer the ham evenly over the bottom halves, folding slices as needed to cover all buns.
  4. Tear or fold the cheese into pieces and place them evenly over the ham.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard and honey until smooth, then spread this mixture on the top halves of the buns.
  6. Place the top halves over the cheese-topped bottoms. Brush the melted butter evenly over the bun tops.
  7. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes to brown the tops.
  9. Let rest for 2–3 minutes, then serve hot and enjoy.
