  • 1 cup (240 ml) cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheese
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the store-bought pie crust in a pie dish and crimp the edges.
  3. For homemade crust, mix flour, butter, and salt until coarse crumbs form.
  4. Gradually add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to the pie dish.
  6. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  7. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
