Buttery, garlic-studded cheese bombs made with biscuit dough and filled with molten mozzarella or cheddar, perfect for snacks or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 small cubes mozzarella or cheddar cheese (about 1 inch cubes)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (reserve 1 tsp for after baking)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the biscuit can and separate the 8 biscuits. Flatten each slightly with your fingers into a small disc.
  3. Place one cheese cube in the center of each disc. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Roll into a smooth ball.
  4. Arrange the sealed balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk the melted butter with the minced garlic and parsley. Reserve about a teaspoon of butter for after baking. Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Remove from oven and immediately brush with the reserved butter. Serve warm.
