2 ½ cups milk (any variety, dairy or non-dairy)
½ cup half and half or heavy cream
1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Whipped cream, marshmallows, or sprinkles for serving (optional)
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the milk and half and half (or cream).
Stir in the white chocolate and heat until the chocolate is fully melted, stirring frequently. Do not let the mixture boil.
Once melted and heated through, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream, marshmallows, or sprinkles if desired. Serve immediately.
