  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder or crushed nuts (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan set over medium heat, warm the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chopped white chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  3. Transfer the chocolate mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm enough to handle.
  4. Using a melon baller or teaspoon, scoop out small amounts of the truffle mixture and roll them gently between your palms to form balls.
  5. Roll each ball in cocoa powder or crushed nuts until fully coated.
  6. Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and return to the refrigerator until fully set.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy!
