  • 3 cups high-quality white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease if desired.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium-low heat.
  3. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in salt and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the dried cranberries, reserving a few for topping if desired.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle reserved cranberries on top and gently press them into the surface.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  9. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
