A creamy, pink-hued smoothie featuring frozen raspberries, pineapple, avocado, and banana blended with Greek yogurt for a refreshing and nutritious treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/3 cup frozen avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • Water, added a tablespoon at a time
  • 1 fresh banana, sliced (for topping)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional, gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon dried rose petals (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen raspberries, pineapple, avocado, banana, and Greek yogurt to a blender.
  2. Begin blending, adding 1–2 tablespoons of water to help mix.
  3. Pulse a few times, scrape the sides, then blend on medium until mostly smooth.
  4. Adjust thickness by adding more water, one tablespoon at a time, until creamy.
  5. Pour into a bowl or glass and top with sliced banana, fresh raspberries, hemp seeds, granola, and rose petals.
