1 cup frozen pineapple
1/3 cup frozen avocado
1/2 cup frozen banana
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
Water, added a tablespoon at a time
1 fresh banana, sliced (for topping)
1 cup fresh raspberries (for topping)
2 tablespoons hemp seeds (for topping)
1/4 cup granola (optional, gluten-free if needed)
1 tablespoon dried rose petals (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Add frozen raspberries, pineapple, avocado, banana, and Greek yogurt to a blender.
Begin blending, adding 1–2 tablespoons of water to help mix.
Pulse a few times, scrape the sides, then blend on medium until mostly smooth.
Adjust thickness by adding more water, one tablespoon at a time, until creamy.
Pour into a bowl or glass and top with sliced banana, fresh raspberries, hemp seeds, granola, and rose petals.
