1 lb lean ground beef
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
Fresh basil leaves
Rice paper wrappers
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, cooking for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Soften rice paper wrappers by dipping them in warm water for 10-15 seconds.
Lay the softened wrapper on a clean surface, spoon the beef mixture onto the wrapper, and add fresh basil leaves. Fold the sides and roll from the bottom up to form a roll.
Plate the rolls and serve with a dipping sauce of your choice, like sweet chili sauce.
