  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub olive oil over chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
