Delicious and easy-to-make taco cups wrapped in crispy wonton wrappers, perfect for parties or family dinners.

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb. ground beef (90/10)
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) canned petite diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 1¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ of a white onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, chopped cilantro, tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, sauté diced onions until tender. Add ground beef and seasonings, cook until beef is browned (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Add drained tomatoes, stir until the liquid is mostly absorbed (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Assemble the cups with one wonton wrapper, cheese, another wonton, ground beef mixture, and remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 13-17 minutes until crispy, checking around the 10-minute mark.
  6. Garnish and serve immediately with toppings.
