1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
8 oz (225 g) mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
24 ladyfingers
2 cups fresh strawberries
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool completely.
Pour the cooled coffee into a shallow dish for dipping.
