2 oz Tequila (recommend Patron silver)
2.5 oz Pomegranate juice
2 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
0.5 oz Orange liqueur (e.g., Cointreau)
1 tbsp Honey
¼ tsp Vanilla extract
⅛ tsp Ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp Ground ginger
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
1 sprig Rosemary (for garnish)
Ginger beer (optional)
Instructions
Rim the glass with tangerine/orange and dip in cinnamon and sugar.
In a shaker, combine Pomegranate juice, Orange juice, Tequila, Orange liqueur, Honey, Vanilla extract, Ground cinnamon, Ground ginger, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Add ice and shake for about 15 seconds.
Strain into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a cinnamon stick if desired.
