Shamrock Shake Dessert Lasagna is an easy, no-bake layered treat with a chocolate Oreo crust, creamy mint pudding, and fluffy whipped topping — perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or any festive occasion.

  • 36 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring (a few drops, as needed)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • Chocolate chips (for garnish)
  • Green sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Crush 36 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing other layers.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping. Spread this mixture over the chilled crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix, milk, mint extract, and green food coloring until thick and smooth. Spread this over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Spread 1 cup of whipped topping over the pudding layer and smooth it out.
  6. Top with chocolate chips and green sprinkles for decoration.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  8. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Chilling overnight enhances the flavors.
  • Use more or less green food coloring to achieve desired color.
