  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the diced butternut squash with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the squash on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While the squash is roasting, heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground turkey until browned and cooked through.
