  • 1 tube (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional Glaze:
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Fold in chopped pecans.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Add 1–1½ teaspoons of pecan mixture to each triangle’s wide end and roll toward the tip.
  5. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and puffed.
  6. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, then drizzle over slightly cooled rolls.
  7. Enjoy warm or cooled. Best eaten within 24 hours for flakiest texture.
