Peanut Butter Whatchamacallit Pie is a rich, creamy, no-bake dessert inspired by the classic Whatchamacallit candy bar. It features layers of peanut butter, caramel, chocolate, and crispy rice on a buttery graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 Whatchamacallit candy bars (crushed, optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  3. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle chocolate and caramel sauce over the filling.
  5. Sprinkle Rice Krispies and crushed Whatchamacallit bars on top for crunch.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set. Slice and serve chilled.
