  • 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240 g) cream cheese
  • 1 cup (150 g) fresh peaches
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup (100 g) powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Beat cream cheese in another bowl until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  7. Fold in diced peaches, cinnamon, and a sprinkle of sugar until combined.
  8. Spoon donut dough into the pan, filling each cavity halfway.
  9. Add a tablespoon of cheesecake filling to each donut mold and cover with more dough.
  10. Smooth the tops with a spatula for even baking.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  12. Cool donuts in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
