Ingredients
Scale
36 Oreo cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 oz semisweet or white chocolate
Optional: Sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or drizzle for decoration
Instructions
Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, blend the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
Mix with cream cheese: Transfer the crumbs to a bowl and mix in softened cream cheese until well combined and dough-like.
Form into balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill for 20–30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate: While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip the balls: Using a fork or dipping tool, coat each ball in melted chocolate. Let excess drip off. Place back on the parchment paper.
Decorate (optional): Immediately add sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or drizzle with contrasting chocolate if desired.
Chill again: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
Notes
You can use white, milk, or dark chocolate depending on your preference.
Double the batch for parties or make ahead and freeze.
