A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring kielbasa, garlic, and cheese, all made in one pot for minimal cleanup.

  • 12 oz Penne or Rotini Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 14 oz Kielbasa Sausage, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth (low sodium)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika (optional)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Brown the kielbasa slices for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and onion, sautéing for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a light simmer.
  4. Add the pasta, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until al dente.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted, then add the cheddar or mozzarella until gooey.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
