Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to portion and roll the dough into 1-inch to 1.5-inch balls. Place balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate the cake balls for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Melt white almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted white coating, tap off excess, and return to the baking sheet.
  7. Immediately sprinkle with green sanding sugar while the coating is still wet.
  8. Melt red candy melts and drizzle over the coated cake balls using a piping bag or a plastic bag with a snipped corner.
