Festive and versatile cookies filled with various treats for a cheerful holiday delight.

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cup All-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 8 oz Unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 1 1/4 cup Dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup White granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup M&Ms (red and green, plus more for topping)
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate chips (plus more for topping)
  • 1/2 cup Pretzels (broken into small pieces, plus more for topping)
  • 1/3 cup Potato chips, salted (crushed, plus more for topping)
  • 2 tbsp Holiday sprinkles (jimmies work best)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and let it sit for 20 minutes until it’s at room temperature.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the melted butter with the brown and granulated sugars until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix with a rubber spatula until just combined.
  5. Stir in the M&Ms, white chocolate chips, pretzels, crushed potato chips, and holiday sprinkles.
  6. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet using a 1 1/2 oz ice cream scoop.
  7. Refrigerate the cookie dough for 1 hour, or freeze for 30 minutes if short on time.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 13-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
  9. Remove cookies from oven and use a large cookie cutter to round them while hot, adding more mix-ins on top as desired.
