A bright and mildly sweet green juice that kids love, made with apple, cucumber, pineapple, and spinach for a nutritious boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 green apple (Granny Smith or tart green apple)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 1 cucumber (English or Persian preferred)
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup grapes (seedless recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1 cup water (or coconut water)

Instructions

  1. Rinse all produce thoroughly under cold running water.
  2. Core the apple and cut into chunks; slice the cucumber and cut pineapple into bite-size pieces if needed.
  3. Add the apple, pineapple, cucumber, spinach (or kale), grapes, lemon juice, and water to a blender in that order.
  4. Blend on high until fully smooth, about 45–90 seconds. Pause and scrape sides if needed.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. For a silkier drink, use a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag to strain.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
