- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Italian or panko)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Oil for frying
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
- Cut the mozzarella cheese into sticks about 1 inch wide.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
