  • 1 cup rolled oats (quick or old-fashioned)
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened, creamy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in peanut butter until well combined for a creamy base.
