Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Non Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 8 oz. Tub Low Fat Cool Whip
  • 24 Oreo Thins

Instructions

  1. Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin and add one Oreo Thin to each liner.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the Fat Free Cream Cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add Salt, Vanilla Extract, and Non Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in 12 crushed Oreo Thins.
  5. Fold in the thawed Low Fat Cool Whip until fluffy.
  6. Scoop the cream cheese mixture into each liner over the Oreo base. Top with additional crushed Oreos if desired.
  7. Freeze for about 3 hours before serving.
