No-Bake Grinch Pie is a fun, festive, and effortlessly easy Christmas dessert that’s full of creamy texture, bright green color, and whimsical holiday spirit.

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio or lime pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker or chocolate cookie crust
  • Green food coloring (optional, for extra Grinch color)
  • 12 red heart sprinkles or candies, for decoration
  • Whipped cream or extra topping, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding mix and milk, and continue beating until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula. For a more vibrant look, add a few drops of green food coloring and mix lightly.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly into the pre-made pie crust, smoothing the top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight, until fully set.
