1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
1/4 cup chipotle sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
Butter or oil for grilling
Optional: Avocado slices, fresh cilantro, green onions, jalapeños
Instructions
Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and water, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds.
Assemble the burrito with rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheeses.
Grill the burrito seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat with butter or oil, adding cheese to the skillet for a crispy crust.
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Notes
Don’t overfill your burrito!
