Festive Baked Brie with Crackers is a quick and elegant holiday appetizer featuring a creamy wheel of brie topped with fig jam, chopped pecans, and rosemary, served warm with crackers or fruit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large round brie (12 to 16 oz/340 to 454 g)
  • 1/3 cup fig jam (or apricot, raspberry, or cranberry jam)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Crackers, sliced baguette, or apple slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and place a rack in the middle position.
  2. Score the top of the brie using a serrated knife in a crisscross pattern, cutting only through the rind.
  3. Place the scored brie in a small cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish.
  4. Spread two-thirds of the jam over the top of the brie, then spoon the rest around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle chopped rosemary and pecans evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is soft and just starting to ooze.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or fruit slices.
