  • 1 box Devil’s Food Chocolate cake mix
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 ounces caramel sauce
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 4 Heath bars, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Whisk the dry ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beat for 2 minutes until smooth.
  6. Carefully stir in boiling water to thin the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes; check with a toothpick for doneness.
  9. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  10. Poke holes in the cooled cake with a wooden spoon or skewer.
  11. Pour chocolate syrup over the cake, filling the holes.
  12. Whip the cream until soft peaks form and spread it over the cake.
