1 box Devil’s Food Chocolate cake mix
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
16 ounces caramel sauce
8 ounces Cool Whip
4 Heath bars, crushed
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Whisk the dry ingredients until well mixed.
Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beat for 2 minutes until smooth.
Carefully stir in boiling water to thin the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes; check with a toothpick for doneness.
