A light, hydrating, and refreshing drink made with cucumber, lime, and mint – perfect for hot days or as a healthy alternative to sugary beverages.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Mint sprigs and lime slices, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add chopped cucumber, lime juice, mint leaves, sugar, and 1 cup of water to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher.
  4. Add the remaining 1 cup of cold water and stir well.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint sprigs and lime slices if desired.
