- 2 pounds stew meat (cut into bite-sized chunks)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Season the stew meat generously with salt and pepper.
