  • 12 oz bacon, diced
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package Pillsbury original crescent dinner rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Dice bacon and cook in a skillet until crispy. Drain grease and return bacon to pan.
  3. Whisk eggs and add to the pan with bacon. Add seasonings and cheese. Cook until eggs are fully done.
  4. Separate crescent roll dough at perforations.
  5. Place 2 tablespoons of the egg mixture on each crescent triangle.
  6. Roll up from the wide end.
  7. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
