2 chicken breasts
2 cups fresh spinach
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup flour (for breading)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until creamy.
Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
