2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup cauliflower, riced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, riced cauliflower, broccoli florets, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with shredded cheese.
Drizzle olive oil on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
