  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, riced cauliflower, broccoli florets, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
