Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1520 Oreos, crushed
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, or coconut

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a sturdy zip-top bag and a rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the protein powder, mixing well after each addition to form a cohesive dough.
  4. If the mixture is too dry, add milk a tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
  5. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, and mix in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
  6. Roll the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour to chill and firm up.
  8. Optionally, roll the chilled protein balls in extra Oreo crumbs or shredded coconut before serving.
