These Cranberry Chocolate Clusters are a simple, no-bake holiday treat. They combine dark chocolate with crunchy almonds and chewy cranberries for a sweet and tart bite. Perfect for gifting or guilt-free snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped or whole
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (unsweetened or low-sugar if possible)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and optional coconut oil. Use a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir the chopped almonds and dried cranberries into the melted chocolate until they are evenly coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the prepared baking sheet to form clusters.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt or a few extra cranberries on top of each cluster for garnish.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until the clusters are firm and set.
  7. Once set, transfer the Cranberry Chocolate Clusters to an airtight container.
  8. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Notes

  • Use high-quality dark chocolate for the best flavor.
  • Avoid overheating the chocolate; stir frequently while melting.
  • Customize with other nuts, seeds, or dried fruits.
  • These clusters can be frozen for up to 2 months.
