  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hamburger buns (brioche recommended)
  • Lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • Tomato (sliced)
  • Mustard and mayo (to taste)
  • Optional: Pickles, avocado slices, onions

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into six equal patties, making a dimple in the center of each to prevent puffing during cooking.
  3. Heat your grill or skillet to medium. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, checking for doneness.
