Festive and fun Christmas Tree Cake Balls made with Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, cream cheese, and white chocolate. This no-bake treat is perfect for holiday parties and gifts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (vanilla flavor)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • Red and green sprinkles (for decoration)
  • Red or green candy melts (optional, for drizzling)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Crushed peppermint (optional)
  • Mini chocolate chips or toffee bits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Unwrap the Little Debbie Tree Cakes and crumble them into a large bowl.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until a soft dough forms. Add vanilla extract if using.
  3. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the rest. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for 30–45 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Tap off excess and return to the parchment paper.
  6. While wet, top with festive sprinkles or drizzle with red and green candy melts.
  7. Allow the cake balls to set at room temperature or refrigerate.
  8. Serve, gift, or package as desired.

Notes

  • Chill the cake balls before dipping to help them hold their shape.
  • Use quality melting chocolate for the best results.
  • Melt chocolate slowly and stir frequently to avoid overheating.
  • Add texture by folding in crushed cookies, peppermint, or sprinkles.
  • Decorate immediately after dipping, as sprinkles will only stick while the coating is wet.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature, 1 week in the refrigerator, or 1 month frozen.
