  • Spinach (fresh or frozen, drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for sautéing and roasting
  • Cooking twine

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté chopped onions and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, mix sautéed vegetables with cream cheese and stuffing mix; season with salt and pepper.
