  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
