- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add melted butter, salt, and egg to the yeast mixture, then stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle with cinnamon, crushed cookies, and chocolate chips.
- Roll it up tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
