  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (low-sodium preferred)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch and ensure they are well-covered.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan until hot, add chicken pieces, and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
