A creamy and comforting fusion dish where Chicken Alfredo meets Lasagna, combining layers of tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and melted cheeses for the ultimate Italian-inspired comfort food dinner.

  • 912 lasagna noodles
  • 2 ½ cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 ½ cups ricotta or cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside on parchment paper.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in Alfredo sauce, season with salt and pepper, and remove from heat.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Layer noodles, chicken, sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan. Repeat until the dish is full, ending with sauce and mozzarella on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let the lasagna cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.
