These delicious Cherry Pie Bites are a quick and easy dessert made with crescent roll dough, cherry pie filling, and a simple icing drizzle. Perfect for parties, holidays, or a sweet treat anytime.

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 teaspoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place each triangle into a muffin cup, pressing it in to form a base for your mini cherry pies.
  3. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of cherry pie filling into each crescent dough cup. Don’t overfill these bite-sized cherry dessert pastries.
  4. Fold dough corners over the filling to partially cover it, creating your small cherry pastries.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown. These individual cherry tarts should be cooked through.
  7. While baking, mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to make icing for your homemade cherry pie bites.
  8. Drizzle icing over cooled cherry pie bites before serving. Enjoy these quick cherry pie bites!
