8 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and milk.
Mix until the cream cheese is smooth and creamy.
Gently stir in the sweet corn until coated.
Add melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; blend until combined.
Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, reserving some for topping.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle reserved cheese on top, then add crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
