  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (for topping)
  • Chopped nuts or chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread evenly in the pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake surface.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but still jiggles slightly.
  7. Let cool completely before removing from the springform pan.
  8. Top with whipped cream and optional nuts or chocolate shavings.
