  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  6. Pour filling over the cooled crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
