  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  7. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until set.
  8. Cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
