4 and ½ cups (135g) Rice Chex® cereal
¼ cup (57g) unsalted butter (cut into 8 slices)
8 ounces (227g) high-quality white chocolate
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅔ cup (134g) sprinkles
1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
Instructions
Pour the Rice Chex® cereal into a large bowl and set it aside.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and white chocolate together along with the almond and vanilla extracts. Stir constantly until combined and remove from heat.
Quickly pour the melted mixture over the cereal and stir gently to coat it thoroughly.
Transfer the cereal into a large zip-top bag or a container and add the sprinkles. Shake to distribute.
Add the powdered sugar and shake again until every piece is coated.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper and allow it to cool, then discard excess powdered sugar.
Store the treat in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
